Exchange Only
We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide an exchange for items of equal value.
Exchange Period
Exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Conditions for Exchange
Items must be in their original condition:
- Unused and unworn.
- Tags and original packaging must be intact.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Personal use items, such as undergarments, earrings or hygiene products.
- Custom or personalized items.
Exchange Process
Please bring the item to our store along with your proof of purchase.
If the item you'd like to exchange for is unavailable, we may offer a store credit valid for future purchases.
Additional Information
No exchanges will be accepted after the 7-day period.
