Words of Wisdom
Recycled glass is used to make these jars. Firstly, the waste glass is collected and washed to remove any impurities; it is then crushed and melted down before being hand blown or placed in moulds to create beautiful new products.
As they are all handmade by artisans they will vary in finish from one jar to another. In particular, the lids can vary quite a lot - they are all made from mango wood which will always have variations in shade and grain pattern and we believe this only adds to their handmade/natural appeal and charm.
